In meinen textilen Arbeiten verbindet sich die fotografierte, pflanzliche Welt mit abgelegten und gefundenen Kleidungsstücken zu einem Patchwork aus bildlichen und stofflichen Transformationen. Die dreidimensionalen Objekte entwickeln -variiert durch Licht und Atmosphäre- eine eigenwillige Landschaft aus Motiven und Strukturen natürlicher und künstlicher Herkunft. - Im Leporello ergibt sich ein nahezu unendlicher Bildzyklus mit pflanzlichen Motiven und textilen Mustern, die beim blättern immer neue haptische Eigenheiten und visuelle Verbindungen entwickeln. - Objekte werden zu Bildern, Fotografien zu Textilien. Die Bezüge von Natur und Mensch, Medium und Objekt werden aufs Neue befragt: Flora Incognita, Flora Infinita.

My textile works combine photographs of plants with used and found garments into a patchwork of visual and textile transformations. The three-dimensional objects develop -depending on lighting and atmosphere- into an idiosyncratic landscape of motives and structures of natural and artificial origin. Objects turn into images, photographs into textiles. Relationships between nature and human, medium and object get questioned anew: Flora Incognita, Flora Infinita.
